Candy, before becoming a real estate agent, worked in marketing and business development for Nestle Purina and The Coca-Cola Company where she mastered the art of negotiation and how to leverage marketing expertise to not just achieve, but exceed goals. This is one of the keys to her success in real estate.

 

Customer service is Candy’s top priority. Her philosophy is “the golden rule” treat others as you would like to be treated. For buyers, she will work tirelessly in this challenging real estate market to help find that dream home, negotiate on your behalf, and support you through financing options and home inspections to a successful closing. For sellers, she will survey comparable home sales to guide you in pricing your home to sell. Then she will strategically market and showcase your home to deliver a qualified buyer quickly. As the consummate professional, she provides the highest level of service for home buyers and sellers. 

 

Candy holds both Bachelor of Journalism and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia. 

A St. Louis native, Candy lives in Ladue with her husband, Paul, and Standard Poodle, Liza. She is past Board President of the American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog; a professional mentor at the Washington University Olin School of Business and a lector at The Church of the Immacolata.
