About Cindy Handy

Following a successful sales management career, and a lifetime of achievement and community service, Cindy Handy now brings her impressive skill set to luxury leader, Janet McAfee Real Estate. Her advanced knowledge of customer service and relationship management will serve her real estate clients well. Throughout her career, Cindy demonstrated building excellence and maintaining and growing relationships.

“One of the things I love about real estate,” says Cindy, “is the one-on-one connection with people. It requires trust and skill to guide a client through the process of buying or selling a home. Because our homes are such an important part of who we are, I find the process very rewarding.”

The strength of our commitment to Cindy is echoed by Janet Horlacher, Principal of Janet McAfee Real Estate, who pledges the collective resources of the firm to help Cindy and her clients achieve their real estate objectives. Our professional staff is Cindy's team and will support her throughout her career. 

Cindy is an active member of her community. She lends her leadership skills through board positions with St. Louis Children’s Hospital Friends Board, and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, and committee chairs with the Chaminade Mother’s Group and MICDS Sports Boosters. She is a past board member of Family Forward.

Cindy lives in Town & Country with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, golf, and gardening.
