About Katie Colombo

Katie has always had a love for people, homes and a good transformation story. Originally from Kansas City, she’s proudly called St. Louis home since moving here after college. Before real estate, Katie spent 25 years as a hairdresser, 20 of those running her own business. Connecting with people, building trust and helping them feel confident came naturally to her and those same qualities now shine through in her real estate career. 

A creative at heart, Katie and her husband have renovated two homes for their family, which sparked her passion for design and for seeing the beauty and potential in every space. She brings that same down-to-earth energy to her clients, whether they’re buying their very first home, moving up to their dream home or exploring the luxury market. Known for her patience, honesty and sense of fun, Katie guides clients through the process with confidence and care. Building lasting relationships is truly at the heart of how she runs her business and her clients quickly become friends. 

Deeply rooted in her community, Katie loves supporting local businesses and giving back to the neighborhoods that make St. Louis so special. A proud mom to three girls (and devoted dog lover) she lives in Sunset Hills with her family. When she’s not working, you’ll find her outside, staying active, spending time with family and friends or diving into her next home project.
