About David Holton

David has been licensed as a Realtor since 2006 and we are delighted David and the Kirk Holton Team joined luxury leader Janet McAfee Real Estate.  David is a full time Real Estate Consultant, attending weekly sales meetings, touring properties, and research-ing sales statistics. David is dedicated and hardworking, with impressive market insight.  His strengths include his ability to build rapport with clients by listening to their needs and continuous communication. A lifelong resident of St. Louis, David grew up in Ladue.  He attended Holy Cross Abbey in Canyon City, Colorado for two years of high school and later graduated from St. Louis University High School.  He received his degree in business from Babson University in Wellesley, Mass.

David had experience in the banking industry and real estate development in the early years of his career. He was employed by Hogan Transportation in the 1990’s, and by 2006, became licensed as a Realtor.  David is an avid lover of the outdoors, and enjoys spending time at his family’s property in St Charles County, Mo. The summers of his youth and that of his siblings were spent at property owned by his parents in Northern Michigan. David is a member of Annunziata Parish in Ladue and is currently serving as President of the St. Vincent De Paul Society in association with the Parish. David has received his “SRES” designation; “Senior Real Estate Specialist.” His focus in the future will encompass helping Seniors and their families with their life transitions. David’s dedication, integrity, and hard work ethic are the key to his success as a real estate professional and administrator of the Kirk Holton Team.
