Meet David

David Holton has been a licensed Realtor since 2006, and is a proud member of the Kirk Holton
Team with luxury leader Janet McAfee Real Estate. As a full-time Real Estate Consultant,
David attends weekly sales meetings, tours new listings, and analyzes market data to stay ahead
of local trends. He is dedicated, hardworking, and recognized for his exceptional market insight.
David’s strengths include building rapport through attentive listening, and maintaining
consistent, clear communication.

A lifelong St. Louis resident, David grew up in Ladue. He attended Holy Cross Abbey in Cañon
City, Colorado, for part of high school before graduating from St. Louis University High School.
He later earned his business degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Before entering real estate, David gained valuable experience in banking and real estate
development. He also worked with Hogan Transportation throughout the 1990s. Since becoming
licensed in 2006, David has continued to expand his expertise and reinforce his commitment to
serving clients with professionalism and care.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, David enjoys spending time at his family’s property in St. Charles
County, Missouri. He is a member of Annunziata Parish in Ladue, and served as President of the
parish’s St. Vincent de Paul Society for 6 years. David has also earned the SRES (Senior Real
Estate Specialist) designation, enabling him to support seniors and their families through
important life transitions across the St. Louis area and surrounding counties.

David is also part of a select group of Janet McAfee relocation agents who assist families with
their real estate needs, whether relocating to St Louis or transferring out of the region.

David’s dedication, integrity, and strong work ethic form the foundation of his success as a real
estate professional and as an administrator of the Kirk Holton Team.
