Duncan graduated from Boston College where she earned a Bachelor's in Psychology. In the past, Duncan has worked as a special events planner, focusing mainly on weddings. Furthermore, Duncan spent 10 years on Capital Hill in Washington, D.C. In her spare time, Duncan enjoys hiking, boating, and traveling. A native of St. Louis, Duncan moved back after spending four years in Boston, and multiple years in Washington, D.C. Duncan is married with one beautiful daughter.
