About Frances Berger

Always approachable, practical, and knowledgeable, Fran Berger is especially attuned to the Clayton and Central West End condominium market. Serving on committees in her development, Fran is very familiar with high-rise and villa products, as well as single-family homes throughout the central corridor.

A long-term local resident, Fran has practiced real estate for years in her community. She began her life in Clayton, then lived in Ladue, attended George Washington University, returned to the Creve Coeur area, spent time in Birmingham, Alabama, and eventually returned to Clayton.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent 30 years ago, Fran had a well-established interior design career, applying her skills to both commercial and residential projects. Clients marvel at her ability to evaluate space, arrange furniture, make thoughtful recommendations, and artfully describe the architecture and character of each listing. No one knows more about style than Fran!

In her spare time (whatever that might be!), Fran enjoys socializing with friends, reading historical fiction, listening to great music, and visiting her adorable granddaughter in Chicago. Walking is a favorite pastime, and you can often spot her strolling around her neighborhood for both exercise and pleasure.
