With nearly four decades of experience in the St. Louis real estate industry, Laurie Dardick brings an exceptional depth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every client relationship. Licensed since 1986 and joining Janet McAfee Real Estate in 2025, Laurie is both a licensed real estate agent and broker with extensive experience serving buyers, sellers, and fellow agents throughout St. Louis City and County.

Throughout her distinguished career, Laurie has specialized in marketing, broker management, agent training, and special projects. Prior to joining Janet McAfee Real Estate, she served as Training Manager and Office Broker at Laura McCarthy Real Estate, where she mentored agents, guided complex transactions, and helped shape best practices across multiple offices. Her previous professional experience also includes leadership roles as an advertising coordinator, special projects manager, and broker manager. Before entering real estate, Laurie built a successful career as a merchant, buyer, and manager for The May Department Stores Company.

Known for her thoughtful guidance and patient approach, Laurie excels at counseling clients and agents, pricing and positioning properties, and navigating complex negotiations. She has a particular talent for evaluating unique and difficult-to-price homes and is widely respected for her problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the St. Louis marketplace. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or fellow real estate professionals, Laurie is committed to providing knowledgeable advice and personalized service every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Laurie is actively involved in her community through volunteer service and charitable initiatives. She and her husband, Jeff, recently underwrote a library renovation at their synagogue. Laurie also enjoys singing with the Allegro St. Louis Community Choir, playing Mahjong and pickleball, and pursuing her lifelong love of learning. In 2022, she earned her master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis. When she's not working, Laurie enjoys traveling with Jeff and spending time with her children and two beloved grandchildren.
