About Peggy Dozier

 

With a real estate career spanning 19 years, Peggy Dozier enjoys a reputation for integrity and professionalism which she combines with impressive market expertise and superior client service. Peggy joined Janet McAfee Real Estate in 1994, and since then, she has consistently been honored as a Top Agent with the firm.

Her accolades include the prestigious 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Award sponsored by St. Louis Magazine. Before becoming a real estate agent, Peggy worked in tax-advantaged investments at AG Edwards and held positions within the textile and retail industries.

You will find that Peggy offers a broad knowledge of the St. Louis Central Corridor with a special emphasis on the Clayton, Ladue, and Frontenac communities. Her distinguished client list includes first-time home buyers, trade-up buyers, and relocating clients. She has transacted all forms of real estate including single-family homes, condominiums, and luxury estates. 

Peggy is very hands-on and service-oriented. She enjoys the process of assisting buyers and sellers with their housing decisions and she endeavors to help relocating buyers assimilate into the community.

Peggy is very involved in the community as she serves as the Second Vice President and Secretary of the Garden Club of St. Louis and as a member of the St. Louis Country Club, Colonial Dames, Service Bureau, and the Princeton Club of St. Louis. She is also a Trustee of Warson Terrace Subdivision and serves on the Ladue School District 5-year Planning Committee. Over the years, she has generously volunteered her time to Whitfield School, MICDS, Ladue School District, St. Michaels and St. George Church, Green Tree Community Church, Children's Hospital, and Washington University, among many other local organizations.

A native of St. Louis, Peggy graduated from Mary Institute in 1977 and received her B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University in 1981. Her hobbies include tennis, bridge, golf, paddle tennis, gardening, and walking with friends.
