About Terri Matheis

Following a six-year hiatus from real estate, Clayton native Terri Matheis returns to luxury leader, Janet McAfee Real Estate after a successful career as a Sales Director in the Senior Living market. Using her decades of experience with condos, villas, and luxury residential homes, Terri proactively advocates for her clients to help them achieve their housing objectives.

 

“I feel an obligation to my clients,” says Terri, “to do everything I can to smooth the process of selling or buying a home. I strive to offer professional representation at every step.”

Terri gives back to her community by serving as a board member for PRCl (Professionals in Residential Community Living) and COCMA (Continuum of Care Marketing Association).

 

Terri has four children and enjoys outdoor recreation, but especially loves the beach.
